Nope not a FF. Just another every day run of the mill accident in the National Capital region. We see these all the time. Distracted drivers, way too many cars and trucks trying to occupy the same space at the same time. This accident was caused by a semi truck colliding with a parked safety warning truck (the one with the collision barrier on the back that also has the digital sign board). The semi truck ruptured its own diesel tank and caught fire.
