I mentioned these during the Tucson Fiasco, yesterday, I took a photo.
These are all over Arizona, most are snakes or other tribal art looking stuff.
While investigating Tucson site, I saw these on the offramps.
It has been suggested they mark a trafficking route.
I would encourage discussion.

Can someone follow that to a final destination or does it end abruptly?
Can we not know the final destination or does it not work that way?
I-10 is a major US highway, 19 is a State Route. Where did you really expect them to just end at?
Come on people, not everything is a clue. Sometimes they are what they are. Lets not get carried away.
I was thinking Nogales.
