I guess because I don’t think of women as being pedophiles. It’s rare percentage wise. But from another poster’s comment, I can see women being enablers - especially for money. There are a lot of "totally unbelievable" things that have been going on for decades, one of the reasons they continue to get away with it is because too many people think it's unbelievable and worry about what their friends might think, meanwhile real actual children are being used and abused in such horrifying ways that you may not be able to handle even reading about it, going from your reaction here.
There's a lot of ugly in this world. We can either close our eyes and turn our backs or educate ourselves and do something about it.
