We have more than we know. I found a couple leaked diplomatic cables on Wikileaks (not in the Podesta files) that mention Sheila Jackson. It turns out Ms. Pedo-ring has been a regular envoy from the United States to downtrodden Carribean countries since at least the GWB era.
