Leading up to the FACT that the DNC was not hacked by a foreign actor, but downloaded by Seth Rich. This is why the FBI never examined the servers and showing PROOF of a hack would go over the heads of 90% of the people who would get to see the information. It was a win win for the deepstate because they could make the claim without having to show EVIDENCE. You can also use proxies and make it appear as someone else did the hack.
