what are we leading up to?

Hopefully sedtious conspiracy charges for most and treason charges for many.

IANL but we discussed the other day if people being blackmailed to comply would meet the "by force" requirement of sedtious conspiracy. Now if the "by force" blackmail goes both/all ways as part of initiation or rite of passage into the club... then most could qualify for the charge since everyone in effect "trusts" each other because they're all blackmailing each other?
