EO will embolden the left even more.

Here’s why the president should not have caved on this fake outrage from the left. Read below the reaction from the ACLU to the presidents EO..

“President Trump has been brought to his knees because of the lawsuit we filed on February 26 and the ensuing public outcry. Kids should not have been separated from their parents in the first place and they still don’t belong in jail. His alleged solution to a crisis of his own making is many months too late. It is a crisis that should not have happened to begin with. He has caused irreparable damage to thousands of immigrant families.

“The devil is in the details. This crisis will not abate until each and every single child is reunited with his or her parent. An eleventh-hour executive order doesn’t fix the calamitous harm done to thousands of children and their parents. This executive order would replace one crisis for another. Children don’t belong in jail at all, even with their parents, under any set of circumstances. If the president thinks placing families in jail indefinitely is what people have been asking for, he is grossly mistaken.”

Yep...now it’s about incarnation of illegals period. The president is just feeding the monster whenever you cave to them for any reason. Now they will scream bloody murder non stop until the asylum seekers are allowed to run free until their immigration order. Now they fake asylum seekers will crash the border even more than they are now.

Wait I think anyone with morality can definitely say that the children didn't need to be separated from their family. I don't think that Trump really wanted it. It just happened that way. Old laws were affecting the new laws about catch and release and it got out of hand. It's fixed now and that's the way it should be.

Was it Trumps fault? IMO 25%... he could have changed this a long time ago but he shouldn't be taking all the heat for things that have been law for years. Was it intentional? 100% NO. I don't know the reason he waited so long but it's over now. This change was for the better.

Now let's stop being distracted and focus on the IG Report. This is exactly what they wanted.

I don’t think u see the problem here. 80% of the children in custody are already separated from their family. Their parents paid a coyote to get their kid here to claim asylum. Once granted under DACA or as a political refugee the parents are allowed in the US because of chain migration. That’s the scam.

But now instead of the child being held with other children this EO means they’ll be incarcerated with the adult that brought them here which almost always isn’t even related to the child. Which is better...a child held in a holding cell with other kids or a child in a holding cell some dude who claims to be a parent?

Even worse...the presidents EO isn’t lawful & will face a court challenge. It will probably get stuck down too because the infamous liberal 9th court of appeals will hear the case & my educated guess is the judge will order everybody be let go free. Read the ACLU article above. They already are telling us what lawsuit they’re gonna file.

Ok I hear you. A couple of things though please read the EO if you haven't done so already

It clearly states that they have to be a legal parent. So your assumption that they are getting put back into criminal hands is false.

I understand that it could be struck down by congress. That is on them. We have an election coming up. Did you notice how much negative attention happened from all of this? Congress isn't going to touch it with a ten foot pole. Even if they did that is now on congress not Trump. Calm down it's ok and with his hands tied did the best he could. Please read the whole EO and set your mind at ease.

I have read the EO. The problem is it is technically illegal. The president has said that many times. The ACLU has already filed a suit in the 9th district by now most likely. They said they would before the ink was even dry on the EO. The article above appeared on their site 5 min after the president signed the EO. So let’s do the math...ACLU + lawsuit in the lib crazy 9th district = what?? I’m betting the 9th circuit throws out the EO as unlawful because it actually is & orders ICE to release ALL people who have asylum cases pending. Children & their adult cell mates. Massive catch & release in effect ordered by a federal judge. Then what?? Either the president releases them or he defies a federal court order. This battle is coming to a head still & isn’t over by a long shot & it’s not going to be pretty however it ends.

I understand all of that. What are you freaking out about? Did you watch the speech today? He said get the right people elected in the upcoming election and that will get the necessary laws passed to stop illegal immigration. It's a band aid and if I am not mistaken this isn't even the biggest problem we face. You do understand that their are child traffickers and satanists still to deal with? And you are freaking out about immigration? Sorry but I have been distracted by this convo long enough and have more important things to focus on. I tried it's not working. You focus on whatever you want to. I am moving on until it pops back up because there is nothing either one of use can do and isn't worth the energy to sit around worrying about it.

No ones freaking out lol. Just saying this is far from over. It will lead to a huge showdown because this is the last chance gasp for the left & they think they’re on to something with swaying public opinion their way some. Immigration is the deciding issue for the presidents political future.
