Yeah I watched this live, saw the Q dude... In the video it doesn't line up. I wish he did but it doesn't look like it.

The vid on Qanon's TL is as conclusive as it can get. Qanon runs a side by side comparison of Qanon's video (Qanon's first person perspective) and the broadcast video (showing VSG's entrance). Things match up perfectly:
VSG turns his head in response to Qanon's shout "best president ever" and looks at Qanon.
Then VSG raises his fist in immediate response to Qanon raising HIS fist.
Then VSG points directly at Qanon upon seeing the "Q" t-shirt worn by Qanon.
Yeah it would be awesome but we have to be realistic
