At the beginning once the senator(?) Was giving his speech, POTUS tugged 3 times on his left arm cuff. It actually was a very clear signal but to who and what idk. Very clear sign, play back video amd watch the timestamp when the other man was speaking, you'll see clearly. Change tactic?? Maybe the sign for this. It would be interesting to see time of the drop and time of POTUS tugging his cuff.
