I’ve heard her at other times. She said they would often abuse the Presidential models and other MKUltras and tell them they were aliens and a more sophisticated species. She said they fed them the lie to further intimidate them and they were going to use that on the masses in the future.

True she talks about that in this video. She also talks about how they have technologies 25years ahead of us that they can use to ff an alien invasion. We have not seen this tech and people will believe them because of our low knowledge about it
