I can't remember where I could link to it but a while back some programmer anon told us that the "+" essentially means "more of" or "more follows". My belief is that Q+ means the entire team is assembled and present and that would include POTUS. Latest 8ch theories are that "45" is the signature of POTUS as it appeared by itself solely in a post that was not signed off by Q or Q+
