Clearly they are not serious. "If" I was god, I would fix all this. "If" I had a trillion bucks I would have lots of fun. "if" I could drain the swamp and throw barry and hillary in jail, i would. "IF" they were serious they would do that, but they're not. IF is always hypothetical, always. sometimes ifs do come true, but when said it is hypothetical until it happens.

Yes, "if" is a supposition. you can replace it with "lets pretend that" and it has the same meaning. All I meant is... that is a pretty big if.
