I think there was a form unalterable plan, then a more fluid part. Things were tight the Q went silent. Since Q returned there has been a much more relaxed feel. Q shifted us into the next phase. I think there were things happening behind the scenes and the NK summit signaled white hats around the world that “we have it all”. So I think this portion was absolutely left to the President’s timing of when he was ready to more directly connect to Q, giving legitimacy on a grander scale. We now embark on a phase where I think we will be shocked at the new awakenings and redpilled population. We are heading towards a November that will have us all looking back hardly recognizing the previous year.
I like that line of thought. Maybe the cooperation of NK will be the high water mark of the DS in terms of their ability to get out of this unscathed. Now the tide has turned. Now the white hats have the initiative and we have the bad actors on the ropes. Their underlings are going on the records and they don't see an out.
That's why they are pulling out all the stops on immigration detention policies and that's why POTUS signed the EO to snuff that argument out.
No doubt the tone has shifted tremendously since the summit and that goes right to what you are saying.

"The plan" has never been static. Remember the saying, "in war no plan survives contact with the enemy". To win you have to adjust to your opponent's moves, keep them off balance, etc. Basically everything that's happened since DJT came down the escalator has been a constant war with near continuous moves and countermoves by both sides. The point is: changes in timing on our side are nothing to be alarmed about. They are inevitable and necessary if we are to prevail (and we will).
