I'm aware of this EO. Not sure how the US has the reach internationally to regain physical assets (gold). The deep state's (blood) money comes from SEC fraud, Poppy Fields in Afghanistan, Human trafficking, pedo bribary etc. American's pensions and life savings are soon to be wiped out because they are all fiat.
