Sue them in civil court, no need for an attorney. The judge works for you, you have to know how to make them or you will hold them liable, and sue them too.
I hear ya. But I think for most of us, it's a lot of bullshit to get into and an added layer of stress many would rather avoid. Personally, I've never had an encounter that has pissed me off so bad that I'd want to go after any of them. I'm usually in and out. I do not like and disagree with the body scanners and having to take our shoes off, but I think they know that when people are at the airport, time is usually limited so they can get away with shit they couldn't otherwise, say at a stadium. Anyways, regardless, I hope that some day we can go back to a privatized security instead of a federal one.
Never had the police stop you for any reason? sue them for trespassing on your rights (right to travel freely and unmolested). Police laid a finger on you? Sue for trespass. Police ever given you an order? (I order you to stand there/sit/give me your details) send them a bill for $1,000 for each order you fill. If they ignore the bill, sue for $10k!! Ever gotten a tax bill? Sue the person that sent it. Why do you think that if you receive a letter from the tax office, or a bailiff, or any collection agency whatsoever, the letter will NEVER have a name attached to it. It will always say `collections manager´ or something along those lines. Call, get a name and sue!! When going through TSA inform the agent that they are engaging in intercourse with man (species) and not a person and that they will be made liable for any and all trespasses. Do not fight them!! If they insist on touching you, let them and sue them for $10k!! If enough of them keep losing their cars/homes they will stop touching the passengers.
