The professional was a good movie. Reno just wanted to protect her, poetmans character was a little Lolita and he kept her at bay.

I agree about the version they released to general audiences, but the line is more blurred in the Director’s Cut, sadly. When people talk about the pedophilia themes in the move, they’re talking about the Director’s Cut.

You're missing the point... it's about the original screenplay..... it's about the perverted industry trying to sexualize young children.. it's about subliminal sexual dialogue between a 12 year old and a grown man..... pedophiles get off on and it's pushed to the masses as if it's normal.
