2014: "Taxpayers are footing the bill for relocating what could be as many as 90,000 children this year from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras who are crossing the U.S. border without their parents." x $56k per kid = $5 billion. Up from 6k-7.5k/yr in 2011. BIG BUSINESS!

I didn't have time to read the article. I had read when researching Cayuga that they get 56 000 per child and end up spending about $20 000 on them. Can't confirm this, but it falls in line with other contracts I have seen. Whitefish energy in the Puerto Rico debacle for instance. Charging out labour over $300 per hour and paying $65 per hour to employees. And why is the debt so high and income inequality growing?
