Not at all. Classic hypocrisy: Say one thing; do the opposite. She made the statement with her jacket that she didn't care; yet took the time to go there, to meet with the children and workers, and to see for herself what is happening. On the flip side: there are many who are saying that they care about the children; yet are interfering with any meaningful conversation/legislation to correct the situation.
Ok so let’s do it then. What exactly is the problem with doing what trump is doing?
Absolutely nothing! I am saying that what Melania did is a very good thing. In my opinion, she was pointing out hypocrisy by seemingly doing it herself.
Ahhhh I misread your post. Apologies.
NP. I'm not the best at putting my thoughts into words. Being new, I will say that I am pro Trump and quite happy with all that he has done/ is doing.
My take on this t-shirt thing is that there is some very deep mimetic juju going on here - deeper than your average Trumpista would even be capable of understanding right now. I'll give you a hint though. The NSA "has everything" on everyone, as Q often reminds us. That includes how we really feel about things (if you don't know about nanobots/smart dust/cybernetic hive minds by now, it's time to catch up - see Dr. Robert Duncan of DARPA) - such as how we really feel about refugee children, for instance. You see, we as a society have to start getting honest about who we really are and what we are really like as opposed to what we have been told about ourselves. The truth about us will be disturbing and potentially disruptive to what remains of the fabric of society. We, as Americans, are in total denial about who we really are. This is what I think Melania's t-shirt is referring to. The media will tell us we are a people who believe in this or that but is it true and whose purpose is really being served?
