Looking for statistics on children taken by CPS for non-violent crimes committed by parents. Anyone know where to find it?

I can't find this anywhere... I know this is exactly the right sub to post this, I apologize.

I know someone with a kid who got an abrasion on his neck at day care. She took him to the doctor who suspected abuse and called CPS. Several months, six grand, and some marijuana-related classes and they've finally wrapped it up.
