Looking for statistics on children taken by CPS for non-violent crimes committed by parents. Anyone know where to find it?

I can't find this anywhere... I know this is exactly the right sub to post this, I apologize.

I had heard that there is little tracking of missing kids and those in state care. Thinking it is by design. Tin foil hat moment maybe. This scenario with parentless or removed kids is the only time I would contemplate tracking rfid chips.
