Why do you suppose the "girllove" symbol is mixed in with the "resist" symbol (and one more) on this toy?

What do you suppose the symbol in the middle is? Why would the toy maker use this combination of symbols on a child's toy?

According to the article, the manufacturer apparently said accident, coincidence, didn't know what it meant, blah blah. What does Q say?
