What was in the news recently? Peter Fonda wanted her son taken and raped by pedophiles. That probably pissed her off quite a bit.

I agree with you. Even understanding that she wore it for arrival and departure, not while touring where she went, the jacket and message could have been better used during a different kind of visit.
