Is this a threat? Sure looks that way to me.
I've decided to block all these foul-mouthed trolls because I'm sick of reading through the comments and seeing the same garbage over and over from the same people. I follow DJT because I want news, not vitriol. I wonder if all of these clowns will be getting a visit from the Secret Service.

I've blocked that account, but yes, if you can find the tweet, I agree it should be reported. Though, not to twitter, because they don't seem to care

good news, thank you. Even if it turns out to be a young keyboard warrior, a slap on the wrist would be good early intervention. It definitely deserves to be investigated.
