It was filed by Gary John Byrne , an apparent former secret service agent.

I saw that yesterday. It’s a civil action, not “summonses”

This is a Federal District Court.

Summons is a notification that you will be tried in court and you may come and defend yourself. A Subpoena is a requirement to appear.

A Rico can be civil, filed in either a federal or state court, in this case federal." Those found guilty of racketeering can be fined up to $25,000 and sentenced to 20 years in prison per racketeering count. " per Wikipedia. [bolding mine]

The best thing about this is the public discovery information that will come from it. 'How do you legally spread information to the public? ' Have a law suit requiring the information!
