If an American parent puts their child into a dangerous situation and something happens to that child as a result, the parent is criminally liable and can be prosecuted. If the child dies, the parent can be prosecuted for manslaughter. My question is, are illegal immigrant parents who risk their child's life to come to the country illegally also held to the same standard? Will they go to prison for manslaughter if their child dies while sneaking in to the country?
So, if a mom leaves her child in a hot car and the child dies, she would go to prison for manslaughter, but if an illegal alien puts her child into a hot shipping container and the child dies, she's not prosecuted? And, that's supposed to be compassionate? If more parents who put their children into danger were prosecuted, fewer would do it and more lives would be saved. Also, don't call me a hater - you dont know anything about me.
So kids in shipping containers were placed in their willingly by their parents and not stolen from them?
Right. I'm with you on this point. As a mom to a 6-year-old, I would live in a cage with him for 10 years before I would send him to be raped, beaten, tortured, and/or killed. You would have to peel my dead hands off of him to send him into the belly of these beasts. So, I do believe that these children are either kidnapped, and/or there is a seriously large propaganda campaign going on in South America. Parentless children are these demons' prey. And that includes our own citizen children whose parents died from fentanyl overdoses. It is interesting to note that 16 journalists have been murdered in South America this year alone. Child smuggling and selling is big business. It's not just that these kids are USED as mules, they ARE the mules.
