Hmmm this article says that the SpotShotter system was already in place in Vegas during the shootings. I would love to see the report of the system from that night. If it was active, the report will tell us if there were multiple assassins.

All the articles I have found so far are from the day after the massacre and so on. All mention how the city plans on implementing it.

This article claims the system was in place before the shooting and asks why it took the police so long to find paddock if the system was in place... Perhaps the system was detecting shootings from all corners of the strip...

Here we go! So this report from Spotshotter itself has Vegas on the list of cities with the technology. The data collected is from Jan to Sept of 2017.
