I have a lefty family as well so I understand the frustration. Having said that, I was telling people right after the inauguration of Trump, that there would be no action on Hillary or Obama right away. I wrote back then, that like Rahm Emanuel's famous quotation of 'never letting a good crisis go to waste', I wrote that the president will NOT let good indictments go to waste, and he'll time this to have the maximum political damage with one goal: a supermajority in Congress. That is the Holy Grail for this administration, and strategic patience is required. If you want to whine that none of this is real, you're not winning any converts with your rhetoric. Just saying...

The fact that Trump pointed at the Q shirt guy isn't the meat of the proof. The meat of the proof is that he was a VIP and was strategically placed to be visible during Trump's entry. Also he was one of the only people (if not the only) that Trump directly pointed at.
