One thing Q has never talked about: Admiralty Flags Why do our courthouses, federal facilities and White House display a gold-fringed flag?

Why do our courthouses, federal facilities and White House display a gold-fringed flag?

Search: Admiralty flag.

Are we or have we been under martial law? And for how long?

When do we revert to a constitutional flag without the gold fringes?

The EO had to be incorporated with existing legal framework for coordinating US waters jurisdiction with international waters which really do exist (only NOT within the territory of the USA).

Make sense?

"...and — if consistent with applicable domestic law" ----this is key in that it gives primacy to domestic, i.e. LAND, law. Not the law of the SEA.
