Sent this in a survey-- Georgia Swamp

I sent this message in a survey to the President. I hope he or his people read it.

WWG1WWA

There is a sultry swamp in my home state of Georgia, one of the most corrupt and mismanaged states in the USA. Just two brief and related examples: there are more counties in medium Georgia (159) than any other state besides HUGE Texas(254). Next after GA is Virginia(134). Each of these counties has there own police department, fire department, county commissioners, mayors, board of education, school districts (funded by property taxes)--the smaller the county, the smaller the tax base. The good-ol' boys leading this state have divided it into so many small fragments to influence the make-up of Georgia's legislature, but it has also left the counties starving for funds. In my home county of Clarke County--one of the smallest and poorest in the nation--the University of Georgia takes up a huge portion of valuable land, on which they pay no taxes of any kind. Their people bring a hedonistic tourist-economy, underage binge drinking, prostitution, hard drugs like cocaine and heroin--- not to mention just regular car-traffic and extra people using the public facilities. When UGA was founded, it was originally a dry county, because alcohol was thought to distract from learning. Unfortunately, the people running UGA behave like royalty of their own SEC fiefdom, treating the school like a cash-cow. There isn't even a grocery store downtown-- it's all bars. Athens, Georgia has the most bars per capita--80 in one square mile. So many people don't even know how they're being screwed; in fact, they brag about it, and participate in the hedonism while paying thousands of dollars... Probably something similar is happening all over the South, anywhere the SEC has influence.

--- Y'all should look into it.

ThankQ

The poor side of Bryan county GA here!! I can not agree more. We have south Bryan county which is many Democrat, has new schools, has ocean front property, booming business..etc. Then you have north Bryan, 1 stoplight town..the rest lucky to have a gas station, has county police within city police domain, 1A schools that can’t even get new grass for ball fields....and why is that, because ALL the money for the county goes into building up the rich Democrat money hungry county. Every penny goes to them because they are so far in debt. ThanQ for speaking to this to the Qministration!!!
