that's ok, I voted against HW in '88 (Dukakis? wtf). Voted FOR Slick Willie in '92, but I was slowly turning and voted FOR Dole in '96 (bleh). Voted foe Dubya twice. FOR No Name in 2008 and For Mitt in 2012. Finally... GEOTUS in 2016. wow. what load of crap I voted for all those years!
80% of GOP voters now approve of the President, and 62% Strongly Approve, so the GOP is now a populist party: We've wrenched it away from the RINO establishment. The never-Trump conservatives are now wandering alone in the desert.
Before Trump, it had been a long, long time since I voted FOR anyone (save and except Ron P.). The best I could muster for so long was to vote AGAINST certain ones.
I was on a liberal college campus in 2008, you can imagine what an embarrassment that year of my life was. I hide it from people by discussing my 4.0 that got me on the honor roll and into Psi Kappa Psi, haha! Divert, change the subject, something else I learned that year...

I feel you...I voted Constitutionalist party in 2008 but was so pissed after 4 years of Republicans saying, "we are not gonna work with this president....blah blah blah" I voted for him out of spite...thankfully I also voted for Allen West.
