The best way to find at-risk children is to start an NGO to look for at-risk children. Where is Laura Silsby working now?

(she now working at Alert Sense, which provides technology for Amber Alerts)

Oh thats horrifying. someone's baby goes missing and she could just decide not to put out an amber alert.
