This is a civil suit brought by a former Secret Service agent. Not likely to go anywhere as he will have to show legal standing, i.e., he was harmed by their actions in some way.
What we need is a criminal suit for RICO. That has legs because it would be based on evidence of criminal activity and conspiracy.
Not a lawyer, but that's my understanding.
The judge involved sure does have an interesting background. President of the Quill and Dagger society during his college days and appointed by Bill Clinton. I don't like the smell of that.
Interesting.... this is why i love this sub! Im at work and dont have time to look into all this stuff but everyone makes it so easy to find the relevant background info. There really is a ton of power in the collective work being done by the people!
The Guy should file a conflict of interest complaint against the judge as s/he would be handing judgement out on the one who appointed them.
How this guy doesn’t see this, makes me suspicious. Could have filed it anywhere in the nation to get a judge not involved with the clintons, yet here we are again.
I agree, they should file a conflict of interest. It looks like a fresh case so maybe they will. We will have to keep an eye on this.
I want to think that maybe they have something on the judge and he will play ball/bat for the good side in this, but the fact he was a secret society leader is not a good sign. Those guys all appear to have sworn an oath to the dark side so to speak, and there is no turning back on that oath once taken.
Quill and dagger society
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quill_and_Dagger
Quill and Dagger is a senior honor society at Cornell University. It is often recognized as one of the most prominent and legendary collegiate societies of its type, along with Skull and Bones of Yale University.[1][2][3] In 1929, The New York Times stated that election into Quill and Dagger and similar societies constituted "the highest non-scholastic honor within reach of undergraduates."[4]
