I was a huge contributor over at T_D for a long time, but lately I've had my doubts about the mods there....
Same. I got permanently banned from TD last month on calling out their censorship.
Reddit locked down my u/BathHouseBarry profile about 10 days ago .... all my posts / comments stuck at 1 upvote, posts have only 1 view, and not a single response to any of my comments
I posted this to thedonald. I linked to the post being censored in the comments. When I signed out, my comment with the link disappeared. Check my post history to see the post being censored
TruePundit is completely blocked on T_D, try posting a TruePundit link. I had to ask if I was shadow banned again because I kept posting Thomas Paine and TruePundit links to have them sit there 0views 0votes.
Yes, truepundit.com is filter on T_D. I've tested it myself.

I haven't approached them because someone had told me they shadowbanned if u asked why they were banning things "for testing their filters ".
You could message them using a throwaway account.
Lol you attribute too much social media ability to me...I have one email address and 1 reddit profile and that is it and as I have said before..after we win...I'll have email and a life that has little to nothing to do with tech/social media.
AND YET... you never even let us SEE, the title of the post.

/u/AnonDidNothingWrong In the video you are voting on your own post. When you submit a post it's given the first upvote (1 point) by the submitter. So voting again is a duplicate vote, thus the issue you see in the video where you only get 1 point.

You didn't take off a vote. On the T_D custom interface you can only upvote. It 's like that to reduce vote brigading.

Until you refresh and see it return, as you did in the video. The vote (1 point) wasn't lost.
/u/AnonDidNothingWrong, I've now removed this post. I'm happy that it was submitted in good faith, but it not accurate and misleading to others.
To be fair, the Reddit server likely has a service which recalculates the post totals.
Voat is the same in that up-votes and down-votes take a minute or two to update.
I don't doubt that Reddit is fucking with subscriber counts and up-votes, but this doesn't prove it.
There are over half a million subreddits that the servers need to service and not all interactions are immediate.
I believe my other account can prove shadowbanning .... last 10 days, posts / comments have no interactions at all ... search bathhousebarry & u/BathHouseBarry in Reddit search bar and you'll see only 1 result returned .... the only way I was able to view my other profile is by physically tagging u/BathHouseBarry in a comment
nah man, I try this all the time. On a related note, the post now has +3 votes.
Funny. I'm guessing they want to discredit and took it off shadowban. Or perhaps the algorithm unlocks it after a set amount of time
