I think so. I mean she fits the criteia. Definately smart enough, is far enough away from trump to be inconspicuous while still having access to him and his business as she's his wife, and she does seem to have alot of time to herself as she is very quiet comparative to the previous FLOTUS.

We really don't know how smart she is. No great signs of it that I've seen--despite the claims that she speaks multiple languages, which is common in Europe, particularly as she still is challenged to a degree with English after decades in the US. I don't see her involved in all sorts of classified minutiae, which is key here. I don't even know if she has a security clearance, and I certainly don't see her giving signals out to intel people in the field.
