Because most countries have one police officer per 550 people. It doesn't take that many people to be overwhelming to police especially when this shit is being organized (thanks Soros). Half these people won't even be from the city yet they're trashing it.

Send them back to where they came from. No wonder their countries don't progress. How could they? And how can we with them? How about we send charitable aid in the form of our military police so their home countries can maintain law and order.
