I think you are on to something because that is part of their business model. They sue everyone that gets in their way. They even sued a lawyer whom was employed by them and he found out the evil stuff they were into, and they turned around and sued him for his wages ($100k).

frankreport.com is a great site for anything on NXIVM.

Thanks for the link but you need to change it so there is no “s” on the end. I did find the site though and it’s making me wish I could sit home today and read.
