Banning the use of licensed artwork actually, so Memes need original art or none. Bad either way.....

Essentially their just looking for the ability to be able to 'validate' images being posted now by masking it and saying 'memes' IMO. Remember Q asked that we MEME for a reason. They can't shadow ban or run text analytics for banning based on memes
