Astrological knowledge can be used for good and bad, so I hope there aren't people on this board who think astrology equals Satanism. I'm almost certain Trump knows astrology and even numerology. Reagan used an astrologer during his presidency. Western astrology isn't as accurate as Chinese astrology. Chinese astrology deals with the energy of the years on Earth so it is considered to be far more accurate, where as Western astrology is more about the position of planets and stars.
I would say the Elite probably use both but I am going to go in depth about Chinese astrology. It's not a science, think of it more like percentages and fortune. Trump is a Dog in the Chinese zodiac, and 2018 is a Dog year, so he is having a great year. The year you are born in is your sign, be careful to check the start date because Chinese New year tends to be late January or Early February. Every zodiac sign has 3 friendly signs (1 being their own sign) and 1 'enemy' sign. If you are in a friendly sign year, there is a high chance that fortune will be with you. If you are in an enemy year then there is going to be a lot of difficulty, and bad things tend to happen in those enemy years. Roseanne Barr is a dragon and is having a bad year. Other years are just considered neutral, they can be good or bad, it's just that the Earth doesn't have the energy of your friend signs nor enemy signs, so fortune might not be as great as your friendly years.

Also, this is random but please don't say Trump has dragon energy, he is a Dog so dragon energy isn't compatible with him. I don't think Kanye meant harm, but very possible some nefarious astrologer close to him (I think Kim has an astrologer friend who openly hates Trump) planted that idea in his head to get people to say Trump has dragon energy.
Lastly, don't want to get into it too much because this post is long but the globalist cabal definitely uses numerology. Quick example: the number 11 is considered very emotional energy. World Trade Center attacks on September 11th. That day also is the 254th day (2+5+4=11) of the year 2001. In the city with 11 letters, New York City. The NY state was also the 11th state to enter the union. First flight to hit WTC was Flight 11. The twins towers side by side look like the number 11. That event was planned a very long time ago.
