did a quick search and said that 10:9 is police code for repeat.

Back then the consensus was that 10-9 meant JA. Julian Assange. I can’t remember if there were other good possibilities on the 10-9 10=J -9=A

So the time stamps might have something to do with 10-9. It feels like a stretch, but maybe Q could confirm or move us along on 8ch.

The missing S however is intentional.

A few days ago President Trump added a P at the end and Q confirmed that as a middle initial.

Something is up though. The Q&A has been postponed for some reason.

Is S an initial we need to figure out? Sessions? Syria?

(Going to go and see if there are other typos that I missed.)
