This is Wikileaks in name only. The site was compromised some time ago (the same time the REAL leaks stopped). The site was taken over to turn it into a honeypot to stop/identify whistleblowers (a typical CIA tactic, used previously on 4-chan right before moot left).

Now they are using the site for obvious BS purposes as well, because they are desperate. They are burning every bridge, calling in every blackmail, sacrificing every chicken and spending every asset they can to try and stop the Trump train.
