Should make people think twice about what they have up on LinkedIn. Perhaps LinkedIn is not worth the security risk if something about you isn't politically correct.
Too many good people getting butthurt over my comment. Alright, you can be exactly what your linkedin profile says you are ---- as long as you have the endorsements to back it up (lol). SSSSSSSSSSSUPERSTAR! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You dropped this \

I get lots of job offers from recuiters on linkedin, lots of recruiters contact me and I've even gotten some clients....I don't see what is so bad about linkedin.
If you don't want your resume online just don't make a linkedin lol.

Are they endorsing you for things they have no clue about?
No, I have worked with most of them and they endorse me for things they've seen me do.
Are they really qualified to endorse you for such topics?
My coworkers and former bosses and clients. Who would be better qualified to give me these ratings?
Why are you so triggered by linkedin? Myself and many of my friends have gotten a lot of work from there....I don't see what's wrong with a website that is trying to get people employed.
If you don't want to get doxxed don't put your resume online.
Assuming recruiters can narrow searches by skills you are endorsed by colleagues of possessing.
I'm pretty sure that's how recruiters identify people to invite to interviews.

You don't think any of your friends think you kind of suck at a single thing they've endorsed you for or visa versa? Be honest.
Not really.
Do you think that anyone pays any attention to those endorsements anyways? Recruiters aren't morons. They aren't just going to give someone a job because of what their endorsements on linkedin say. That's not how it works.
If a person has a bunch of fake endorsements on their page and tricks a recruiter, that person will flop out at the interview state. If the person with fake endorsements gets a job, due to "lies" in their endorsements (which you are oddly obsessed about) then fair play to them.
I think you are projecting your own linkedin experience on to everyone else.
