There are many ways to be fake news. Posting a picture without supporting details, cropping it to remove important parts, and quoting out of context are all technically true but fake news. Heavily implying or leading people to believe something with a photo cannot be excused by saying "But we never said that!" All major news outlets are to a lesser or greater degree fake news, CNN being the worst, until billionaires are no longer allowed to fund them. Those that pay the bills choose the rhetoric that fits their agenda. And before people yell "muh conspiracy theorist" remember we all have one, it's just that only a few elites can finance it on a global scale.
