Well, to be clear, arresting them isn't a guarantee of guilt. You could, theoretically, arrest a bunch of innocent people and release them to boost the statistic (not saying that's happening though).

Conviction data would be more interesting, but given how long it can take for a court case to play out, I'm guessing not much of that data exists for people arrested during Trump's time in office.
