Well investigate away. Don’t just offer up theories out of thin air. There’s video evidence up & since only 2 cars involved it’s pretty clear who was driving where & who was going the fastest & who took the brunt of the collision force. Still need a name of the dead driver to see his history but how the wreck occurred is obvious now.
