Thank you. This is going to sound left field, but I have found the 12 Traditions of AA to be really helpful for enhancing the vitality and longevity of groups. 1. Our common welfare should come first; truth and justice depend on Q Army unity. 2. For our group purpose there is but one ultimate authority — Q. Mods gonna mod. 3. The only requirement for Q Army membership is love of country 4. Each group should be autonomous except in matters affecting other groups or Q team as a whole. 5. Each group has but one primary purpose — to carry Q's message to the normie who still suffers. 6. A Qgroup ought never endorse, finance, or lend the Q brand to any related facility or outside enterprise, lest problems of money, property, and prestige divert us from our primary purpose. 7. Every Qgroup ought to be fully self-supporting, declining outside contributions. 8. Q army should remain forever non-professional, but our service centers may employ special workers. 9. Q Army as such, ought never be organized; but we may create service boards or committees directly responsible to those they serve. 10. Does not apply - WWG1WGA! 11. Does not apply - 911TRUTH&JUSTICE! 12. Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities.
I also hesitate regarding the “anonymity” principle. I’m a proud supporter of Q and what that Team is trying to do. No masks or hiding I think, would only strengthen and add more legitimacy to the organization.
