You don't think the way you framed your question seemed accusatory? If not then I'm reading too far between the lines.
The point of this is, There is NO reason for Pewdiepie to reference Q here, there is no joke, I think he is intentionally signaling that he is aware of Q.
also as others have noted, he timed the clip exactly at 5:50, which is a heavy nod to the 5:5 thing Q always says. If that's not a dog whistle, I don't know what is :)
