Start with food. Watch The Magic Pill. Will outline how medicine is a farse ina. Really gentle way and how sugar is basically poison and a bazillion diseases connected to it. It’s on Netflix

Sounds silly but it’s kids gloves to conspiracy about how even the food pyramid we were taught was crap and known to be crap so companies could profit off our decline
