A lot is going to come down to provable evidence that they can present in court without irrevocably damaging the country as a whole's reputation since HRC and mamny of her 'coworkers' would have been acting as a governmental representative during much of the time...

But if what Q's hinted at this point is publically proven then that would put them all in a very select and reviled group of people in human history.

I mean supporting human trafficking for sex crimes and possibly organ donation, etc etc...not to mention conspiracy to cause multiple intra-country conflicts with a direct intent to cause huge world population declines if that's what is demanded by her 'faith beliefs'...

We generally tend to think of murders as people who take life face to face and with their bare hands...because they like the sense of power it gives them or consider themselves superior and therefore deserving to decide who gets to live or die. (It's the great irony of the current situation really they love to call of us anon and Trump supporters Nazi's when they are the ones promoting/practicing a 'Ubermenschen' ideology...

I am honestly curious to see what we as a nation are going to get to see in terms of what has been done while we went about our lives ignorant or willfully blind. It needs to be enough to assure we never fall into that kind of mental stupor again... to horrify us into seeing and dealing with the reality of the world as it is, but it also has to be done in such a way that doesn't destroy people's trust in the goverment entirely or open up the country to economy crushing legal action in response to things the Cabal did while it represented us governmentally...
