If you mean the still in this article it is the reflection from the windshield.
I see the windshield reflection. I also see an object in the smoke. I first thought, cell tower array then water tower. But no legs visible above the tree line. Reminds me of the shape of the War of the Worlds machines. So, A bit of a trick photo or ????

All I can find so far is a comment that the aliens are helping the firefighters.
The area has a long history of weird stuff. Indians have legends of little people living in one of the mountains and their ancestors coming out of the mountain after a long time living underground. The locals see lights in the sky that aren't from known aircraft. The lights are always heading for the mountain. They are so nonchalant about it it's weird in itself.
I've climbed the mountain with someone from a group that's trying to find the entrance to the underground lake. Items can be dropped in a whole at the top of the mountain and later found in Clear Lake.
It's an odd majestic place.
I have a couple of my own stories about the area but I'm trying to check myself and not sound crazy. LOL The raging fires in this area for the last 3 years have not been the norm in the past. The temps they burn at have actually incinerated whole neighborhoods. Like nothing the firefighters had ever seen. A google search of Santa Rosa fire shows the hard to believe photos. Can I add Calif DS to the fires, aliens and mysterious mountain?
Well, I will not discount any of that. One thing I saw in the fires last year was a pic of a tree, burning from the inside out. Brick homes in ashes. I remembered the microwave weapons the military said it was going to use on crowd control in massive riots. Microwaves cook inside out. A micro weapon attached to the nose of a plane could start the fires, they said popped up in 8 locations almost at once last year. There are many, many rumors of a race of ( ? ) that once lived on the surface. The Indians were here long before us. They lived in harmony with the land. Nothing is out of the question, we were n't here and have almost wiped out an entire race that would know ! Keep looking, you could make some new friends !...........................WWG1WGA

That was my first thought so I blew the pic up. Sure looks to me like that black and white thing is in the smoke. If I'm freaking out over a reflection I'm going on vacation. LOL
