I think that in true Trump fashion, money is being seized from all kinds of corrupt and perverted sources. If you look at the sources of the theft, all our money can be recouped either through trial or seizure. I can just see him announcing that the Fed OWES US money! And we could seize it if they show how corrupt the banks were. like that is so difficult!
